Terms of Sale and Warranty

 

1. PRICES

Our prices are constantly updated. The seller accepts the price once the order is placed.

Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT applicable in Spain. Shipping costs are not included.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order by credit/debit card, bank transfer (processed upon receipt), or through BIZUM.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

In-store pickup: We will call you as soon as your order is ready.

In-stock products: Delivery within 5 to 7 days.

Made-to-order products: Delivery within 15 to 30 days.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by GLS with home delivery (to your doorstep).

Orders are shipped by CBL or CBL Especial with curbside delivery (no stairs required).

5. RECEIPT

Check your package and, in case of any damage, even minor, mark the receipt or the agency's electronic device with "Package Damaged."

For some items, we indicate "Special Acceptance."

For significant damage, please refuse the package.

This step is essential so that the agency and we can be held liable for any damage to the products.

Inform us as soon as possible so we can handle the incident and begin the resolution process.

6. PRODUCT INSPECTION

If you are not using the product immediately, you have 48 hours from receipt of the package to check its condition and the complete parts list.

In case of defects, please send us photos and a detailed list of defective parts to info@global-multiservice.es. After 48 hours, we cannot process any further requests.

7. REPAIRS

Defects, breakages, or missing parts discovered after inspection will be remedied by us or the manufacturer sending parts or components. We undertake to do this promptly and, of course, free of charge. We will only replace the entire product at our discretion. The replaced product or part remains with us.

8. RETURNS

You can return the products within a maximum of 30 days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition.

*For returns of orders placed using the BIZUM payment method, the corresponding amounts paid (including shipping costs – unless the buyer retains part of the ordered products) will be refunded – less return shipping costs, which are to be borne by the buyer.

9. WARRANTIES

Our products come with a 3-year warranty in accordance with legal requirements. Warranty processing is handled by the manufacturer.

A receipt or invoice is required.
